Return and Exchange policy

At Quoted Dhaaga, we don’t just sell t-shirts — we wrap your thoughts in fabric. And while we try to make every piece as perfect as your favorite quote, we understand that sometimes, things just don’t go as planned.

That’s why we’ve stitched together a return and exchange policy that’s fair, simple, and built on trust — just like our brand.

  • Timeframe: In case of an incorrect size or a mood change, you have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. 
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. In case the above conditions are not met, we won’t be able to take back the product and it’ll be sent back to your pick up address. In case of a defective product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Mail us with a photograph of the damaged/defective product.
  • Process: To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
  • The pickup will be arranged within 3-4 working days of your request. 



Please note that we are a small-scale brand, and while we strive to keep our customers happy, we also aim to stay sustainable.

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
  • In case of a return, a reverse pick-up charge of ₹150 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • In case of a replacement due to size issues, a ₹100 replacement charge will be applicable.

💸 Refunds


  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed for returns that meet our policy criteria.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.



⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Worn or damaged items
